Chandra Kopparapu

Chandra Kopparapu is the Vice President - Sales (Asia Pacific) of Foundry Networks.

Chandra was the Vice President and General Manager of Foundry's Service Provider Business Division, before he took up his present assignment.

Chandra is renowned technology evangelist and has over 17 years of industry experience in “Mission Critical Systems and High Availability” as part of his engineering work at Tandem Computers, Compaq and now with Foundry Networks.

Chandra is a prolific writer and has addressed many global seminars as key note speaker. He is also the author of the book titled “Load Balancing Servers, Firewalls and Caches” published by John Wiley.

He has written numerous articles for many global publications such as Network World and EE Times. He was also instrumental in setting up 10GEA alliance and MEF forum.

Chandra has an Engineering Degree from BITS, Pilani, and MBA from University of California (UC), Berkeley.
