Rabbi Chanayah Yom Tov Lipa Teitelbaum (d. 1904, 29 Shevat 5664 on the Hebrew calendar) was the Grand Rebbe of Sighet. He was the author of Kedushath Yom Tov, a Hasidic commentary on the Torah. He was the son of Rabbi Yekusiel Yehuda Teitelbaum of Sighet, the Yeitev Lev and a disciple of Rabbi Chaim Halberstam of Sanz, the Divrei Chaim.

Rabbi Chananyah Yom Tov was born on Shovuos 5596 (1836 CE). He had two sons: Rabbi Chaim Tzvi Teitelbaum, the Atzei Chaim, Rebbe and Rav of Sighet; and Rabbi Joel Teitelbaum, author of Divrei Yoel and VaYoel Moshe, who was the Rebbe of Satmar and survived the war to come to the Holy Land before settling in America.
