Template:Infobox Hong Kong Legislature Member Chan Kam Lam (Chinese: 陳鑑林)(born January 22, 1949 in Shantou, Guangdong, China) is a member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong. He attended Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and is married to Tsang Wai-ming, with whom he has three children. Chan has represented the Kowloon East constituency since 1998.
