Champion (musician)

Champion (pronounced as in French) is the stage name of Maxime Morin, a Quebec electronic musician. Active as a club DJ in Montreal for over ten years, he released his debut album, Chill'em All, in 2004. He subsequently released The Remix Album in 2006, and is currently working on a second album of new material.

The Remix Album was nominated for Dance Recording of the Year at the 2007 Juno Awards. "Guy Doune (Patrick Watson's Missing You Remix)" reached #1 on CBC Radio 3's R3-30 chart the week of February 22, 2007.
