Champapet is a residential suburb in Hyderabad, India.
This was a small village until 1990s, but has grown due to its proximity to the city.

The choice for shops at Champapet is very good. This is a major hub for shopping for neighbouring colonies
There are some good function halls in this area like SN Reddy Gardens, Balaji Gardens, Yadava Reddy Gardens, Minerva Gardens, Vijaya Gardens etc which are quite popular for weddings and parties.

Champapet is connected by buses run by APSRTC, since a Bus Depot is close by, it is well connected. Buses that run are 103, 104 etc.
The nearest MMTS train station is at Yakatpura.
