Challenger Harbour is a marina in Fremantle, Western Australia adjacent to the Fishing Boat Harbour. Part of the harbour uses reclaimed land which once included the Fremantle Long Jetty.[1] A stone breakwater protects the harbour from the ocean.

The harbour was built for the 1987 America's Cup in 1983/84 and included facilities specifically for the associated 12-Metre Class racing yachts. It has since been modified for recreational boating and includes 64 serviced pens and launch ramps. 56 serviced executive apartments are situated on the south-eastern boundary.[2]
