Chainsaw Gutsfuck is the third track from Norwegian black metal band Mayhem's first album Deathcrush, and later appeared on the bootleg album Dawn of the Black Hearts. This song appeared at the top of Blender's "Most Gruesome Lyrics...Ever!" list.^[1]

The song is sung from the first-person perspective, with the vocalist describing how a girl drives him "fucking nuts," to the point where he takes a chainsaw and cuts her in half, and loves the sight as the person's guts stream out. The song also describes the vocalist enjoying necrophilia with the person he has killed.

The song was originally sung by Maniac, and remains a staple of Mayhem concerts.
