Chagallu is a village and a mandal in West Godavari district in the state of Andhra Pradesh in India. ^[1]

Chagallu is a nice mini town in West Godavari district, Andhra Pradesh, In this town so many educated people are there, and this town has 2 big industries one is VVS Sugars Ltd(The Jeypore sugars Ltd), another one is Distillery Division of the Jeypore Sugars Ltd.M/s.Krishna Industrial Corporation Ltd is started construction of a Co2 Plant here.

Bollipo' prasad from here and also MOVIES DIRECTOR V.V.VINAYAK from this place. Pattapu Ramprasad belongs to chagallu only.
