Chae Ji-Hoon (born 5 March 1974) is a South Korean short track speed skater, who won medals in the 500 m and 1000 m at the 1994 Winter Olympics. He then won a silver medal in 3000 m relay at the 1998 Winter Olympics, together with teammates Lee Jun-Hwan, Lee Ho-Eung and Kim Dong-Sung.
