Chad Mustard (born October 8, 1977, in Central City, Nebraska) is an American football player for the Denver Broncos of the NFL. Mustard plays tight end.

Mustard served as a bruising blocker for the Cleveland Browns in 2003 and 2004. In 2006 he was signed to a multi-year deal with the Denver Broncos for his imposing presence and blocking on short-yardage situations.

Mustard was raised in Columbus, Nebraska where he attended Scotus Central Catholic High School. He is the middle child of five, with an older brother and sister, and a younger brother and sister.
