Charles Edward "Chad" Mottola (born October 15, 1971 in Augusta, Georgia) is a Major League Baseball outfielder. He is an alumnus of the University of Central Florida.
Drafted by the Cincinnati Reds in the 1st round of the 1992 MLB amateur draft, Mottola would make his major league debut with the Cincinnati Reds on April 22, 1996.
