Chad Gibson (born Sydney, Australia, 19 June 1976) is a football (soccer) player. He last played in the A-League for Queensland Roar FC, where he was captain, and currently plays in the NSW Premier League for the Blacktown City Demons.

Gibson plays as a sweeper / central defender, but has also played in the midfield. He began his professional career with Sydney United, who played in the now defunct National Soccer League. After moving to Marconi Stallions, he had spells for Johor FC in Malaysia and FK Bodø/Glimt in Norway, before returning to Australia to play for Marconi Stallions again.

On the 24th of January 2007, Queensland Roar announced that they would be releasing both Gibson and team mate Remo Buess.

It has been suggested that Gibson bears a resemblance to Derek Zoolander.[1]
