Middlesex CCC has a committee structure. There is a general committee, whose members are elected directly by the club membership, while a management committee and membership sub-committee stem from this, with its members appointed by their respective chairmen and make recommendations to the general committee. Formerly the sub-committees specialised in different fields (such as Cricket, Finance & Administration, Management, etc) until 2006.
