CHARTrunner is statistical process control software that generates process performance charts and performs statistical analysis using data that is collected, stored, and managed by other applications. CHARTrunner creates control charts, histograms, Pareto diagrams, capability analysis, and other SPC charts. It retrieves data from other sources including Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, SQL server, Oracle, text files, and ODBC. CHARTrunner clarifies data so that the user can analyze it for quality improvement, even if the data was gathered for other purposes. The current version of CHARTrunner costs $990 per workstation and includes the software, one year of technical support, and software updates. CHARTrunner users consist of healthcare and manufacturing industries, government agencies, and school districts. The software is used by large and small organizations worldwide. CHARTrunner customers include ExxonMobil, The Cleveland Clinic, Unilever, Honeywell International, and Honda of America.
