Calling it a huge step forward is clear POV. At least say that "Transgender groups viewed this episode as a huge step forward" or something like that. We also need some less POV sources to provide other points of view. Wrad 05:06, 5 October 2007 (UTC)

On the wording: feel free to change it. Other sources might be tricky as it is clearly important to special interest groups but might be missed by more general commentators or reviewers. I am keeping an eye out for other sources but not found anything yet. I'd especially like to find some interviews with the production team to get their angle. (Emperor 11:36, 5 October 2007 (UTC))

Ah while an interview would obviously be good (as the issue has been raised they would have been aware of it and you'd think someone somewhere would ask for their opinion on it) there might be other sources - can someone check the DVD commentary?

Obviously not something we can work in but such things are common in the entertainment industry in general (see e.g. Women in Refrigerators) until the issue is highlighted as seems to the case here.
