Château Dauzac is a winery in the Margaux appellation of the Bordeaux region of France. The wine produced here was classified as one of eighteen Cinquièmes Crus (Fifth Growths) in the Bordeaux Wine Official Classification of 1855. [1] The Chateau has 99 acres planted with Cabernet Sauvignon 58%, Merlot 37% and Cabernet Franc 5%. The age of vines is between 18 to 20 years. The Chateau produces a second wine labeled as La Bastide Dauzac. It is currently managed by winemaker André Lurton. [2]
