[edit] Comparison between the

Collapsible
Pros — Fairly well understood table layout, the brackets around hide/show can be changed in color. Collapses when 2+, but state can be controlled.
Cons — Violates Wikipedia:Accessibility#Layout tables
NavFrame
Pros — Will collapse when 3+ of the same type. Uses divs instead of tables (Kind of need since the data isn't tabular). Uses a CSS positioning hack to give a pseudo drop shadow (not much else can be done since the [hide]/[show] is added in after the page loads via JavaScript)
Cons — No initialed state parameter.

[edit] Conversion to Navbox template

There have been some edits back and forth between the generic {{Navbox}} and the custom one currently used here, with the lack of colored VDE links being cited as the reason for not wanting to move to the generic template. Just wanted to give you a heads up that {{Navbox}} now supports colored VDE links, so someone here can either convert to the generic template or at the very least don't necessarily automatically revert if someone else changes it. {{CBB navbox}} seems to be functioning fine now based on the generic Navbox template. Heh. I screwed up the initial conversion, I left the name parameter substed after testing it out in my sandbox. Sorry about that, fixed now. Bryan Derksen 17:39, 10 November 2007 (UTC)
