Agent Orange was secretly tested on the plants and people there in 1966. Ottawa denied any connection to health problems until mid-2004.[1] Kwantus 04:56, 2005 May 17 (UTC)
Actually, that's not quite how it was. Agent Orange was tested along with several other defoliants in certain parts of the training area (including around Blissville and along the western end of Ripon Road). Many individuals were exposed to the chemicals, but it was not "testing on humans", just contamination of those who were exposed to the chemicals that caused health problems.
