The CEU Business School is part of the Central European University in Budapest, Hungary. It was founded in 1988 (under the name International Management Center, or IMC) by George Soros and a number of business, academic and political leaders.

CEU Business School, conveniently located on the quiet side of the Danube river, just 5 minutes from downtown Budapest, Hungary, is the Business School of Central European University.

A landmark institution in the region since its inception in 1988 by a group of visionary leaders including George Soros, CEU Business School was the first educational institution in Central-Eastern Europe to offer graduate business education leading to an American MBA. Since the beginning, the School has played, and continues to play a pivotal role in linking global management theories with the realities and challenges of the region's transforming economies.

The School offers a full-time, part-time and executive MBA, as well as a Master in IT Management. Since 2005 the school offers undergraduate educationtoo. The faculty and the student body of the School is very international, recruiting students from all over Central and Eastern Europe. Many students from the US and Western Europe attend as well. MBA students at the school may also study on exchange in Western Europe and North America.

CEU Business School offers an exceptional opportunity to earn an MBA in the heart of new Europe. The executive MBA program is delivered with three prestigious partner universities, and is ranked #12 in the world by the Financial Times. The one-year full time MBA program begins each year in September. A rigorous, participative curriculum is taught by prominent international faculty with roots and experience in Central-Eastern Europe. The modular Weekend MBA, the same high quality American degree as the full-time program, can also be earned on a part-time basis, with no career interruption. The Weekend program starts in January each year.

The Dual Undergraduate Degree in International Business from Università Bocconi and CEU Business School is a unique undergraduate program that allows students to study in two countries, earning degrees from both institutions. The first 2 years of study are delivered at CEU Business School in Budapest, Hungary, and the final 2 years at Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan, Italy. Upon completion of this program, students will receive: an Italian Bachelor Degree in International Economics and Management an American Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from CEU Business School.
The school also offers a Bachelor of Science in Global Management. It is a multidisciplinary program that effortlessly combines the fundamentals of business with the humanities and social sciences.
