The CetaTalk banner uses several variables to add extra information to the Talk page.

  • Class - the class of the article: FA, A, GA, B, Start, Stub, Dab, template, cat, current
  • Importance - Top, High, Mid, Low
  • Assessed - if the article has been assessed by the project add assessed=yes
  • Merge - if the article has been considered to be merged add merge=yes
  • COTM - if the article is the current Cetaceans COTM add COTM=yes
  • COTM-old - if the article was previously a Cetaceans COTM add COTM-old=yes
  • COTM-nom - if the article is being nominated for being a Cetaceans COTM add COTM-nom=yes
  • Comments - if the article has had comments, or you wish to add some add comments=yes, and create the new subpage
