[edit] Yad Binyamin

Again, welcome to WP and thank you for your contribution. You might want to list it on WP:Israel/New to let others know about it and so that more can contribute to expanding and improving it. Please read up on the various WP rules and don't get insulted if others come along and make a major copyedit (rewrite) of your original, especially if one of them is an administrator. The admin edits are not written in stone, and they are not perfect, but one would assume that their experience is worth something. Reverting changes that multiple editors have made might be seen as disruptive. That's the nature of WP, nothing belongs to anyone, and there are many people 'policing' the articles in order to make a certain uniform format. --Shuki (talk) 18:08, 5 June 2008 (UTC)

Hello Cestor. Please take some advice and stop messing up the Yad Binyamin article:
  • The literal translation of the name is Binyanim Memorial (Yad is also Hebrew for memorial)
  • Articles do not start with an overview section
  • Articles on places do not have a facilities section
  • Location is covered in the introduction
  • Hebrew wikipedia is not a valid external link.
Thanks, пﮟოьεԻ 57 21:50, 5 June 2008 (UTC)

Hi #57 I'm not sure if you'll get this message so I'll post it here and also on your page before I make any further significant changes. please advise where the correct place is. 1. Re the name, and formatting fine 2. there are many other entries which have facilities - see for example neve daniel, hashmonaim. are you saying this shouldn't be present at all or just that it shouldn't be in a section called facilities? 3. why has the community composition section been deleted? 4. why has the external links section been deleted?

2. I'm not sure what you mean. There is no facilities section on the Rishon LeZion article.
3. The community composition part is not particularly encyclopedic. You could include the section about former settlers moving into the moshav in the history section though.
4. Most of the external links were not helpful. Hebrew wikipedia is already linked to in the left-hand menu. Links to maps are discouraged. I don't see the relevance of sunset times. The Nefesh beNefesh one seems ok though, so you can re-add that. пﮟოьεԻ 57 22:20, 5 June 2008 (UTC)
