Cesáreo Victorino Mungaray (born March 19, 1979 in Mexico City) is a Mexican footballer currently playing for CD Veracruz. He is one of the few Mexican footballers to have played in Europe and was a part of the Mexico national football team between 1998 and 2001.
He was debuted with Pachuca, and he score the definitive goal in the Promotion serie to define the team that ascend to the first division in 1997 against Tigrillos.
