Certified Professional Locksmith

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Certified Professional Locksmith (CPL) is a trade qualification awarded to members of the Associated Locksmiths of America who have passed the required tests.

This is the second of three certifications available from ALOA. It is an advanced level of certification, demonstrating proficiency in a wide range of security aspects.

Certified Registered Locksmiths are eligible to test for CPL status. That status is a prerequisite for testing to become a Certified Master Locksmith.

The CPL accreditation is proctored by ALOA, as a part of its Proficiency Registration Program (PRP).
