Ceratosuchus ("Horned crocodile") is an extinct genus of alligatorid from North America, during the Paleocene. Its remains have been found in what is now the state of Colorado. Like its modern day relatives, C. burdoshi was a swamp-dwelling predator. It is named for the pair of flattened, triangular bony plates that extend from the back of its head.
The type species is C. burdoshi.
