Ceradenia is a genus of ferns in the family Polypodiaceae. It is one of those formerly separated as the Grammitidaceae.
It contains the following species (but this list may be incomplete):
- Ceradenia melanopus, (Grev. & Hook.) L.E.Bishop
- Ceradenia semiadnata, (Hook.) L.E.Bishop
