This template is used to create a shorter quick link for the U.S. Census info page for counties in the U.S. It is used in the form {{CenCo|ST|COU}} where ST is the 2-digit FIPS state code for the state in question, and COU is the three-digit county (or county equivalent) code for that county in that state. For example, the reference for Arlington County, Virginia would be {{CenCo|51|013}}
