[edit] Principal
Victuallers 22:49, 16 March 2007 (UTC)
In the 2001-2002 school year, the principal was known as the prinipal. This page should reflect this.
- You can add that to the article under "trivia" as I'm not sure how important such a fact is in an encyclopedia. Clearly state the source; I assume it was a typo in the year book. Samw 21:51, 2 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Central Dauphin Middle School
"In Central Dauphin Middle School, there is one teacher,Mr. Jones, that proves to be the best teacher in the school. His humor combined with his teachings make him a great teacher. That is why Mr. Jones wants to teach here instead of those Camp Hill schools, even though that is where he lives. Mr. Jones loves teaching Social Studies to the eight graders, and his second period class truly loves having him as a teacher. Students say that he makes the best review games: like basketball, and the famous mini putt-putt golf. Mr. Jones doesn't like to brag, but he has the biggest muscles in the school as well. He is always the one to carry the big objects when setting up for something like a presentation. Mr. Jones used to be a great quarterback for Redland. He was the starting quaterback for the team, but they always lost; but not because of Mr. Jones. It was becuase of the defense. That is why Mr. Jones is our teacher of the middle of the school year award winner. Way to go Mr. Jones."

[edit] Changed the school info box
I wikified the school info box using the Template:Infobox School standard for schools. There's more fields you can fill in. --SamMichaels 05:13, 4 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Marc McGeary
I removed the following:
- Marc McGeary - Five Time Scott WANNA BE - SIKE!
under famous allumni. I'm assuming this was vandalism, since McGeary doesn't have a wiki page. If this is an actual famous alumni, feel free to re-add it with proper citation. Umbralcorax 20:37, 20 September 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Image:RunRamRun.jpg
I've removed this image from the article, as it does not helpt he overall content. If you feel I've made a mistake, please let me know so we can come to a consensus. Umbralcorax 16:08, 5 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Sports section
It's important to refrain from adding historically insignificant information (per wikipedia's policy). It's understandable to name drop and desire team recognition, but do you know (or even care) about what happened at CD in 1972? Will people in 35 years find the information interesting?
I think adding an awards and titles subsection to sports would be nice, but someone would need to dig up that info (and CITE YOUR SOURCES; make your english teacher proud).
For now, I left the part about the wrestling team in there because it IS historically significant, however, it would fit better with a subsection containing ALL the titles the school won. --SamMichaels 20:19, 24 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Central dauphin state championships.JPG
Image:Central dauphin state championships.JPG is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
