As we discussed at Talk:Bhutan, it is the blocking of bhutantimes.com that is notable, and that mention of that should be made in this article. The blocking is noted in this article, along with the link in question, as an inline link. Adding this into the external links section is not appropriate here, and is not the consensus that was reached at Talk:Bhutan. To be more explicit in my reasoning, the link does not contain any information on censorship in Bhutan that could not be added to the article. Do we need to have this discussion over again?
