Centrolene grandisonae is a species of frog in the Centrolenidae family. It is found in Colombia and Ecuador. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes, rivers, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marches, pastureland, and rural gardens. It is threatened by habitat loss.
