Centrodoras is a small genus of catfishes (order Siluriformes) of the family Doradidae. This genus contains two species, C. brachiatus and C. hasemani.[1]

C. brachiatus is distributed throughout the Amazon River basin with the exception of the Rio Negro; conversely, C. hasemani lives only in the Rio Negro basin.[2][3]

C. brachiatus grows to 41 centimetres (16 in) TL.[2] C. hasemani reaches a length of 21 cm (8 in) SL.[3]
