CUAM was inaugurated in September 4, 1974, in San Jose Insurgentes neighborhood in Mexico City, having, at that time, 108 students, most of them from Queen Elizabeth School. Ten years after, a new school facility was inaugurated in Las Aguilas neighborhood, CUAM Aguilas, being now a days home of CUAM's Junior High School, CEAM. In 1985, expansion proceeded in the City of Cuernavaca, as a result of the grand opening of CUAM Morelos, housing near 120 newcomer students. In 1989 CUAM Acapulco opened its gates to a population of 150 students in both High School and Junior High School levels, most of them being convinced of the institutional prestige gained through educational efforts well recognized through the most distinguished universities from all across the country. In 1999, CUAM Aguilas was transformed in CEAM Junior High School, as well as the fourth regional CUAM opened, in the city of Cancún, through a strategic alliance with well recognized "Centro Escolar BALAM", offering now from Kindergarten through High School level. In 2004, CUAM acquired a beautiful property formerly owned by Mexican comedian Mario Moreno Cantinflas, being transformed in an outstanding Junior High School, CEAM Morelos.
