The Centro Comercial do Seixal is a commercial centre located in the city of Seixal in the Setúbal district of Portugal. It is part of the Sonae group.

On March 2006, the commercial centre became the Rio Sul Shopping. Sonae Sierra opened the RioSul Shopping with 920 shops:

  • 137 stores and 39.734 m² of Área Bruta Locável (ABL).
  • 7.7 million visitors a year
  • 98% of the ABL are commercialised
  • The certificate work among the normal ambiental ISO 14001
