Centro, formed in 2001, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Integrent. Headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, with offices in New York, Dallas, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Boston, Denver and Atlanta, Centro is an interactive media planning and buying service, servicing national and regional advertising agencies and their clients.

Centro specializes in contracting with local media outlets in executing online campaigns on websites. The company coordinates the media planning, creative efforts, campaign management, trafficking, analytics, and billing for their customers, giving advertising agencies a single point of contact for all interactive, local marketing efforts.

Unlike networks or traditional advertising representation firms, Centro claims to be entirely transparent, with the capability to work with any local website in their client's desired market, and to successfully execute any size campaign, through a proprietary software platform. The organization has announced plans to externalize their product to partners in 2008.

In 2006, Centro was named a "Red Herring 100" winner by Red Herring magazine. The list of 100 privately owned organizations recognizes companies that are the leading innovators in the realm of technology.

The company hosts an annual conference in Chicago, inviting publishers and management from locally focused websites to attend seminars and discussions led by industry analysts and interactive strategists.
