Central Regional School District

The Central Regional School District is a regional school district in Ocean County, New Jersey, which serves students in grades 7 through 12 from the municipalities of Berkeley Township (1,732 students), Island Heights (85 students), Ocean Gate (159 students), Seaside Heights (198 students) and Seaside Park (55 students).[1] The total student population in the district is approximately 2,400, instructed by 200 staff members.

The district's Board of Education consists of nine members. Five members are from Berkeley Township, with one each from Island Heights, Ocean Gate, Seaside Heights and Seaside Park.[2]
