Central Patricia is a community in the Canadian province of Ontario. It is the second most northerly community in Ontario that is accessible by all-weather road, just a few kilometres south of Pickle Lake. Central Patricia is also northeast of the towns of Kenora and Keewatin. This community is linked to the rest of the provincial network by Secondary Highway 599.
The name refers to the "Patricia portion" of the Kenora District, that portion of Ontario that was added in 1912.
