The Central New York Railroad (AAR reporting marks CNYK) is a class III railroad operating in New York and Pennsylvania.
The CNYK is owned by Delaware Otsego Corporation, parent company of the New York, Susquehanna and Western Railway (NYSW). CNYK operates over the former Erie Railroad's, ex-Conrail, Southern Tier railroad line which is owned by Norfolk Southern Railway (NS). NYSW operates all CNYK trains over the Southern Tieer.[1][2]
