Central Fort George Traditional is a public elementary school in Prince George, British Columbia part of School District 57 Prince George.

The Mission of the Central Fort George Traditional School as an alternate program in School District 57 is to strive toward individual excellence in education by providing a structured approach to learning whereby all students acquire knowledge, and skills in a systematic, sequential way. Core virtues and a clearly defined standard of behavior will be established and a positive and close partnership between home and school will be encouraged.

Central Fort George Traditional School has grown from 110 students in 1998 to 235 students in 2004. We are a 'Choice School' enrolling 40% of our student population from our catchment area and 60% from the greater city of Prince George. If you live outside our catchment area , parents are expected to provide transportation daily to and from school. The Y bus and Exploration bus both stop at the school for student pick up at dismissal time. Numbers for other daycares are available at the office.
