On the night of the October 27th 1992 45 year old Malcolm Baker killed six people and injured one in the New South Wales town of Terrigal. [1]

A few weeks before the incident Malcolm had an apprehended violence order placed against him by one of his victims, Kerry Gannan. After the order was placed, police searched and seized five firearms, they did not know of a sixth, a pump-action shotgun which was used in the massacre.
