Central City Shopping Centre (formerly known as Surrey Place Mall) is a shopping mall and office tower complex in downtown Surrey, British Columbia, Canada which is owned by Blackwood Partners Management Corporation. It is near Surrey Central Station of the SkyTrain system.

It is the second largest mall in Surrey, smaller than Guildford Town Centre and larger than Semiahmoo Shopping Centre. Notable retailers include Best Buy, Shoppers Drug Mart, T & T Supermarket, Zellers, Future Shop, Winners and Tim Hortons. It is home to educational institutions, including a campus of Simon Fraser University (called SFU Surrey), Stenberg College, Universal Learning Institute, Vancouver Career College and Westwood College. Its office tower at 112 metres (367 ft) is the tallest building in Surrey. The Shopping Centre itself is 57,400 m2 (617,500 sq ft) while the tower and podium rakes in an additional 52,900 m2 (569,800 sq ft).

Public transit buses in Surrey, operated by TransLink, stop across from the Shopping Centre, at Surrey Central Station, connecting with routes to Langley City, Langley Township and White Rock.

The Central City Tower has appeared in several films and television shows. It has appeared in Fantastic 4 and also stood in for the LuthorCorp headquarters in season three of Smallville. It was shown in the movies Firewall; Alone in the Dark; I, Robot; Catwoman, and television shows, including Painkiller Jane.
