The Central American Woolly Opossum (Caluromys derbianus) is a species of opossum in the Didelphidae family. It is found in Belize, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, and Panama. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical dry forests. It is threatened by habitat loss.
