Center Township is one of seventeen townships in Calhoun County, Iowa, United States. As of the 2000 census, its population was 1,195.

Center Township covers an area of 36.62 square miles and contains no incorporated settlements. According to the USGS, it contains five cemeteries: Greenwood, Reformatory, Rosehill, Saint Francis and Saint James.
