Centennial High School is a secondary school located in Gresham, Oregon, United States. The high school is fed by one local middle school, Centennial Middle School, which serves grades 7-8.

Centennial High School is part of the 6A sports classification of the Oregon School Activities Association and is in the Mt. Hood Conference. Every year Centennial hosts a track meet called the Centennial Invitational, which is one of the largest high school track meets in the region. The year 2008 will mark the 44th Centennial Invitational, and it will be the first time having the invitational on the school's renovated 8-lane, 400 meter track.

Centennial High School has a notable marching band, which has won the Portland Grand Floral Parade more than 20 times, including 15 times consecutively. The band's 2000 fall field show, Gloria, held the record for the highest scoring show in the Northwest Marching Band Circuit (NWMBC) until 2007.
