Centennial High School (CHS) is a public 9-12 high school in Franklin, Tennessee.The high schools mascot is the cougars.

Centennial High School opened in August 1996. It currently has about 1300 students and is in the Williamson County School system. Centennial was built because of the over crowding at the other local high schools. It opened with about 1400 students. In 2003 the Centennial Cougar football team made it to the second round of the TSSAA state playoffs.

Courtney Coffey: Defensive End for the Kentucky Wildcats. 3 time TSSAA Wrestling State Champion in Division II at John Paul II High School. His senior year was spent at Centennial were he finished 2nd at the State Tournament.
