Centennial AS [1] is a Norwegian investment company with emphasis on the acquisition of significant ownership stakes in a variety of potentially rewarding projects in different industries. Historically, Centennial was exclusively a property investment and development company with investments in Norway, France and the USA. Presently, “private equity investor” is probably the best description of Centennial. Their average return on equity after tax has been more than 20% p.a. in the period 1996-2006 as a result of a mixture of property and non-property investments.
