Cencosud S.A. is a publicly traded Chilean retail company.

By the end of 2006, the operations of the company included 34 Jumbo hypermarkets, 120 Santa Isabel supermarkets; 239 Disco, Plaza Vea, Super Vea y Mini Sol supermarkets; 50 Easy home improvement stores; 23 Paris department stores; 20 shopping malls and 49 offices of Banco Paris bank, totaling a sales area of 1.8 million square meters, or 19,375,038.75 square feet. It had more than 4.3 millions of active credit card accounts, issued under the brands Más Jumbo, Más Easy and Más Paris[1].

By the end of 2007, several new stores had been opened in Chile, Argentina and Peru, and the company acquired Wong supermarkets[2], the largest retailer in Peru, and GBarbosa[3], a Brazilian retailer.

Total estimated sales for 2007 are US$8,400 million, while estimated sales for 2008 are US$10,000 million[4].
