Cemmaes Road is a village community in Powys, Mid Wales, in English, the village was named after the now-closed Cemmaes Road railway station. The Welsh name for the village is Glantwymyn (English: The Twymyn Riverside), as it lies on the River Twymyn. According to the United Kingdom Census 2001, the population of the village is 1,072.
The village of Cemmaes is 1¾ miles to the northeast. Cemmaes Road lies at the junction of the major A470 and A489 roads.
Ysgol Glantwymyn primary school is located in the village.
