Description from original page:
- Microscopy of cells with size scale.
- P19 mouse embryonal carcinoma cells were fixed with methanol and stained using an antibody that specifically binds the protein α-catenin. The α-catenin protein is concentrated at the cell surface where it functions to anchor cell surface to the intracellular cytoskeleton. The locations of α-catenin proteins were visualized by.
