Celio is an international men's clothing retailer based in Saint-Ouen, France.[2] It caters primarily to the Continental European market, aiming to provide fashionable, affordable clothing. Most of Celio's stores are located in shopping centres, with a smaller percentage to be found in the shopping districts of cities and large suburbs. In 2005, the group employed over 1,800 people, with around 1,500 working in stores and the remainder at the group's headquarters and warehouses.

In 1978, two brothers, Marc and Laurent Grosmann, resume the family situated shop Holy street lazare, to Paris. They open as early as 1980 of the new sale points in Parisian region. The concept Celio is born truly in 1985. In 1989, Celio had access to 34 establishments in France. In 1992, the sign, that already counts 150 establishments in France, exports itself in Belgium and in Spain, then to the Portugal (1994) and in Italy (1999).

In terms of merchandising, the Celio shops are established 70% in commercial centers, and 30% in street stores. They propose a universe all in volume, both friendly and luminous. The installation, that privileges the clarity of the offer, allows sweeping at one go eye the body of the selection of the store (disposing, most often, of an understood sales area between 50 and 1300 m²).

With establishments in 25 countries, on 5 continents, Celio counts today close to 400 points of sales, of which 207 are in France, 31 in Italy, 24 in Belgium, and 40 are in Spain.
