Celestino Rosatelli

Celestino Rosatelli (Belmonte in Sabina, April 8, 1885 - Turin, September 23, 1945) was an Italian aeronautics engineer.

Celestino Rosatelli was born in Belmonte in Sabina 9 kilometres (5.6 mi) from Rieti from a very poor family farmers. His father was Bernardino Rosatelli and mother Apollonia Santini. His parents noticed the brilliant mathematical skills, and were able to support his studies at the cost of some sacrifices and selling pieces of the family farm.

Celestino designed some of most advanced aircrafs of their own era, like Fiat CR.20[1] and Fiat BR.20.[2]
