Celestino Bonifacio Bacalé

Celestino Bonifacio Bacalé is an Equato-Guinean politician. Bacalé is head of the only major opposition party in Equatorial Guinea, the Convergence for Social Democracy. Complaining of voter fraud, Celestino Bonifacio Bacalé withdrew from the 2002 Presidential Election on the day of the election.[1]
